The trek from Lamayuru to Darcha through the Zanskar Valley is renowned as the most scenic and extensive trek in Ladakh. Commencing in Lamayuru, the route traverses the Zanskar Valley, passing through Wanla and some of the most isolated villages, including Lingshed. On the ninth and tenth days, trekkers arrive at Hanamur or Pishu, following a path that leads to the Karsha Monastery and the administrative center of Padum in the Zanskar Valley. After a day of rest in Padum, the journey continues towards Darcha, incorporating a visit to the Phuktal Monastery and crossing high passes such as Shikun La at 5,100 meters. The trek concludes in Darcha village, located in the Lahul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh, approximately 145 kilometers from Manali.

Day 04: Leh to Lamayuru by Jeep. (120 kms).
Day 05: Trek from Lamayuru to Wanla. (3/4 hrs.).
Day 06: Trek from Wanla to Hanupatta. (5/6 hrs.)
Day 07: Trek from Hanupatta to Photoskar. (6/7 hrs.).
Day 08: Trek from Photoskar to Base of Singge La (7/8 hrs.).
Day 09: Trek from Base of Singge-la to Lingshed. (4/5 hrs.)
Day 10: Trek from Lingshed to Snertse (7/8 hrs.)
Day 11: Trek from Snertse to Hanumil (4/5 hrs.)
